There is a well known quote by Anthony Bourdain –” Travel is about the gorgeous feeling of teetering in the unknown” I couldn’t agree more. There is something magical about exploring beautiful new places. Peeking out the plane window, or driving along a lovely tree lined back road that makes my heart sing ! And then there is the food!
